On September 10th, we had the pleasure to welcome Theresa Murray, Trauma Case Manager and Michel Lapierre, Regional Critical Care Educator both from Health Sciences North, Sudbury. ![]()

Theresa and Michel spent the day with our nursing staff, sharing their knowledge and expertise. Michel went over a comprehensive review of shock, sepsis, Glasgow Coma Scale and chest tubes. Theresa reviewed with us trauma fundamentals, including head and neck traumas, thoracic and abdominal traumas, pelvic and long bone traumas and spinal cord and vertebral traumas. ![]()

It was a fun-filled day of learning and we are already looking forward to hosting them again in the near future 😊.
